Improving Vertical Jump

Is Fit Force psyching you out?  It shouldn't.  With adequate preparation you should excel when taking the departments new PC test. When I say adequate preparation, I don"t mean going out for a jog a few weeks prior, I mean a moderate PC regimen year round.  You should be doing this for stress relief, health and longevity.

By not preparing for the test in a responsible manner you are inviting injury and breeding unnecessary stress.  We as law enforcement officers have plenty of stress already.
